Risk Taker

Earlier this week we took a survey type thing on National Geographic about if we are a risk taker or not and i scored as a very high risk taker. It gives you a little quote at the end and mine said
"you are a serious risk taker. You should really take it easy. I bet you're taking this survey while bungee jumping!". It asked us questions on a scale from 1 to 7 on  how much of a chance that you would do what they are asking you. It asked questions like would you drive drunk which i put a 1 for but they asked uys other questions that pertained more to the type of risk i like which was about skiing and other stuff like that which i gave 7s becuase i love to ski and do stuff like that. We were also asked if we felt that we would do a task better or be more incline to do a task if we were motivated by a high reward. I felt that i am definitly motivated by reward not so much by kids because i dont really care about what kids think but i am definitly motivated by money or some type of prize. I also feel that i am just a normal risk taker also becuase i dont really need any people around to go and do soome of the stuff i have done. I have always done sports that have more risk but they also have to do with just you and not really team sports and i like it that way.

We also watched a video about how the brain works and read a packet about how teenage brains work compared to adults. The packet we read talked about how people used to just think that teenagers brains are just not as smart at as adults but really there is a reason for the fact that our brains arent fully developed. It says that part of the things that arent fully developed is there isnt much myelin around the axons so we are much more open and free thinking so it could lead to us being much bigger risk takers . That reason could be why i got such a high score on the risk survey on National Geographic.
