Winooski river health .versus. Centennial brook health

1.The pH for centennial brook is 6.5 versus 6.5 at Winooski river

2. We found .136 mg/L of phosphates versus .08 mg/Ln in Winooski river

3.In our study we found a 48.2 degrees Fahrenheit versus 40 degrees Fahrenheit

4.We had 9.5 mg of dissolved oxygen versus their 9 mg/L

5.we had a pollution tolerance of 5 versus their rating of 22

After looking over all the information given to me i have come to the conclusion that the Winooski  river

is less healthy than Centennial brook. This doesn't really surprise me because Centennial brook is much

more secluded than the Winooski. The amount of stuff that goes on at the banks of the Winooski because  it

is situated around  roads and other city structures must add a lot of pollution compared to the

secluded area of the Centennial woods.
